  • Not a Lender: CEG UNITED LLC is not a lender, does not issue loans, and does not extend credit.

4. Credit Authorization (FCRA Compliance)

You authorize CEG UNITED LLC to obtain and use your credit and related information solely for pre-qualification purposes. You understand that:

  • This process may include "soft" credit inquiries.

  • These soft inquiries do not impact your credit score.

  • This authorization is provided in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable credit bureau requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that CEG UNITED LLC is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or false information submitted by you. CEG UNITED LLC shall not be held liable for any outcomes or eligibility determinations resulting from the submission of incorrect or incomplete data.
