These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by CEG United LLC (“CEG United,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 13246 SW 8th Street, Miami, Florida 33184.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting information, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Client Service Agreement you execute with CEG United.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform or services, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old

  • Reside in the United States

  • Possess a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN

  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.


2. NATURE OF SERVICES (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE)

CEG United provides educational, strategic, and advisory services only.
WE ARE NOT:

  • A lender

  • A credit repair organization

  • A credit bureau

  • A loan broker

  • A financial institution

  • A guarantor of funding, approvals, limits, or timelines

Services are designed to educate clients, improve preparedness, and increase eligibility, not to secure or guarantee financing.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or credit advice.


3. CREDIT REPORTING & PRE-QUALIFICATION AUTHORIZATION

By using the Platform, you expressly authorize CEG United to access your consumer and/or business credit information solely for pre-qualification, eligibility assessment, educational review, and dashboard display purposes.

  • Soft credit inquiries only

  • No hard inquiries are ever performed by CEG United

  • Soft inquiries do not impact credit scores

Credit data may be obtained from:

  • Experian

  • TransUnion

  • Equifax

  • LexisNexis

  • ChexSystems

Business credit reporting agencies (including Dun & Bradstreet, NAV, and similar platforms)
All access is conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable bureau requirements.


4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

  • Submit only lawful and authentic documentation

  • Follow instructions, guidelines, and recommended steps

  • Actively participate in your program

  • Submit applications independently

  • Maintain lawful conduct

  • Pay all fees as agreed

You acknowledge that false, misleading, or incomplete information is solely your responsibility and may negatively impact outcomes.


5. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Program Fees
Program fees, scope, and duration are governed by your executed Client Service Agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are flat, non-contingent

  • Fees are not based on results or funding obtained

  • No guarantees are made

5.2 Payment Acceleration
If any portion of the program fee remains unpaid or is financed, the remaining balance becomes immediately due upon your receipt of any financing, credit line, loan, or funding of any kind.
Failure to remit payment may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Full balance becoming due and payable

5.3 ACH Authorization
If applicable, you authorize fixed-amount ACH debits strictly limited to agreed program fees. This authorization is non-open-ended and revocable only after balances are paid in full.


6. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Client Service Agreement 
Generally:

  • Refunds may be requested only within the initial cancellation window

  • After that period, all fees are fully earned and non-refundable

  • Refunds are not dependent on participation, approvals, or outcomes


7. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT (CALLS & TEXTS)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from CEG United LLC, including:

  • SMS and MMS text messages

  • Phone calls

  • Voicemails

  • Emails

  • Electronic messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp or similar applications)

Messages may be transactional, service-related, informational, or marketing. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text-based communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by otherwise notifying us.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, materials, systems, processes, documents, branding, and intellectual property are owned exclusively by CEG United LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, or redistributed without written permission.


9. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

  • Misuse systems, tools, or data

  • Circumvent safeguards or controls

  • Harass, threaten, or interfere with operations

  • Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.


10. DISCLAIMER & NO GUARANTEES

CEG United makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Loan approvals

  • Credit limits

  • Interest rates

  • Timelines

  • Funding amounts

All outcomes depend on third-party lenders, institutions, and your individual actions.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Liability is limited to fees actually paid

We are not responsible for third-party decisions or outcomes

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CEG United from claims arising from your actions, submissions, or decisions


12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Non-payment

  • Misconduct

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

Termination does not relieve payment obligations.


13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not court litigation.

Arbitration will take place in Florida

Each party waives the right to a jury trial

Class actions are waived


14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.


16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Client Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement governing your relationship with CEG United.
